Introduction

Economics is a subject of is being operate in the broad range. Economics isn't just been in the family however in the business Organisations, Economies, government authorities as well. This cannot be separated from the people. It is a subject of deciding the success and effectiveness of allocating and utilising the resources. Therefore the knowledge of economics is much vital that you all of the organisations to get their decisions regarding the growth of them. Economics is more important not simply as subject but as inside our day to day activities too. Hence the information of economics for the managers is somewhat more important to operate the organisations successfully. In line with the assignments, this is going to be discussed regarding the understanding and knowledge concerning economics how can be utilised to set aside the organisational resources. This assignment is discussed the effect of the knowledge of economics towards the decision makings of the organisations. According to this the project has been comprised with two parts. In the first component it has been discussed regarding the importance of micro economics environment for the decision making uses of the managers. As the objective of the second part of the assignment, it is discussed about the importance of macro economic towards the decision making of the managers as well as its importance to the business actions. In the third part of the project is talking regarding the foreign context of the economics to the operations in the business. In accordance to that it has been discussed the operating the organisation in international economic environment because the organisations' activities can not be limited to the actual tertiary area and specific demographic location.
